Prices and Payments

All prices listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication however we reserve the right to alter these in the future. Prices are inclusive of the relevant sales tax but exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to your order. The total price for Goods or Services ordered, including delivery charges, will be displayed on the Website when you place your order. Full payment must be made before Goods are dispatched or Services provided. You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by debit or credit card or though a bank transfer. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your debit/credit card or bank details will be encrypted to prevent the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet. Cancellation Of Orders

Returns

All returns will be coordinated and executed through email and phone. This includes refunds where applicable. No system actions need to be done.

Refunds

We will happily exchange or refund money where the product is defective or not of merchantable quality, subject to the exclusion under 'shipping' above. Due to the small batch nature of our tea product, Wild Mountain and UNITEA Company may at times run out of stock of a particular product after an order has been made. We will notify you of this and with your permission we will place you on a waiting list. We are happy also to provide you with a refund in these circumstances.
