The future of our markets is in the hands of the consumer who is spoilt for choice and has a wide range to choose from. Their taste for fine tea is getting better and so is their knowledge about tea. And the more they learn, the more they discern. And the more Chamraj Tea rises in their esteem.

Every marketing challenge is, for us, an opportunity to increase our brand value, enhance our visibility, and make the name Chamraj resound in the marketplace. And this is a challenge we are well prepared for as we continue our efforts to reach out to the customer.
Our tea centres function with the goal of gaining market share. We opened the first tea centre to serve as a factory outlet to promote our teas in retail packets and to attract more tea drinkers. And after the first, just outside the Chamraj factory, the second and third quickly followed at the Chennai and Coimbatore Airports. Our fourth and newest tea centre has opened at Oootacamund to cater to the ever-growing tourist traffic as well as interest the locals to our tea.
Our Tea Centres generate a lot of domestic and international enquiries and a visitor to one of the Centres can expect a range of high-grown orthodox and organic as well as specialty teas which are sensibly priced to attract new customers. In addition, the visitor gets information about our tea gardens and everything else related to tea.
